Joe Schlarbaum – Owner/Chef: cooks all the food at Standish cafe with these ideals in mind. He has been cooking in restaurants since he was a teenager and is excited to share his passion with you at his very own place.

Victoria Fremont – Owner/Operations:  has also been working in restaurants since she was a teenager. You would be still waiting for your food if she was cooking, so thankfully, she tends to the other stuff. The “other stuff” includes everything from managing the front of house operations to making sure Joe has the fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to make his delicious, from-scratch recipes.
